Every set is painted by hand, to order. Allow 5–7 business days to make and ship it, and 7–10 business days for custom sets. Holidays and big drops can add a few days; we will email you if yours runs late.

Orders over $59 ship free. Rates and delivery times show at checkout.

Check your address before you order. Spot a mistake? Tell us within 24 hours and we fix it before your set is packed. Once it leaves the studio, we cannot redirect it.

Every set is made to order and worn on skin, so we cannot take back opened or worn sets, sizing included. Check the Size Guide first.

Arrived damaged, defective or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund you.

When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking number. The first update can take 24–48 hours. Quiet at first is normal.

Marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbors and your post office, and give it one more business day. Still missing? Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we open a claim with the carrier.
