Care Guide

1. Start Clean & Dry

Before you press on:

Wash your hands, then wipe each nail with an alcohol pad.
Push back cuticles and buff the shine off.
Make sure nails are fully dry before tabs or glue.

2. Keep Them Dry at First

No water for the first one to two hours.
Wear gloves for dishes and cleaning.

3. Nails Are Not Tools

No opening cans, peeling labels or scraping stickers.
Type and tap with the pads of your fingers.

4. Oil Your Cuticles

A drop of cuticle oil around (not under) each nail.
Soft skin keeps any set looking fresh.

5. File When Needed

Corner catching? Smooth it with a fine file.
Shorten or reshape the tips as you go.

6. Re-Stick a Loose Nail

Take it off, clean both sides, re-apply with a fresh tab or a dot of glue.
Never glue on top of old glue.

7. Skip the Acetone

Acetone clouds the finish and weakens the nail.
Warm, soapy water and a little oil do the job.

8. Remove Slowly

Soak 10–15 minutes until each nail lets go.
Never pull, bite or pry.

9. Store Them Right

Clean the backs, dry them, back in the box in finger order.
Keep the box away from heat and sun. Ready for next time.

How do I find my nail size?

Measure the widest part of each nail in mm, side wall to side wall. Match it to our Size Guide. Between sizes? Go up and file the sides.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Pick Custom as your size and enter all ten widths, thumb to pinky, left hand then right (e.g. 15, 11, 12, 11, 8 / 15, 11, 12, 10, 8). We match every nail.

How do I request a custom design?

Open the custom set, describe the colors, shape and length, and upload up to three reference photos. Want to talk it through first? Message us on our Contact page.

How long does a custom order take?

Custom sets are painted from scratch after you order. Allow 7–10 business days before they ship. Heavy detail can take longer; we will email you if it does.

When will my order ship?

Every set is painted by hand, to order. Allow 5–7 business days to make and ship it. Delivery time depends on where you are and shows at checkout.

What comes with each set?

Ten nails in your size. No prints, no decals: every set is painted by hand. Plus a prep kit: glue, adhesive tabs, a mini file, a cuticle pusher and an alcohol pad.

How long will my nails last?

Up to three weeks with glue and good prep. One to three days with tabs: good for a weekend or a test run.

Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Yes. Soak them off, buff the glue from the back, store them in the box. Wear again.

Will press-ons damage my natural nails?

Not if you are gentle. Skip harsh buffing, never pull or pry, and soak until each nail lets go on its own.

Can I return or exchange my set?

Every set is made to order, so we cannot take back worn or opened sets. Arrived damaged or wrong? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we fix it.

Yes, to most countries. Rates and delivery times show at checkout. Orders over $59 ship free.
